Wadebridge Town Centre Strategy

The Reimagine Place team were appointed by Wadebridge Town Council to undertake community consultation and develop a strategy to deliver the ‘Wadebridge we want’, creating a roadmap for the future of the town.

We undertook a series of engagement events with stakeholders across the town, including local business owners, decision-makers, community leaders and residents. Our team visited schools, engaging with younger residents to ensure this often-overlooked group had a meaningful role in shaping the future of their community. The wider public was engaged through a series of online public surveys.

Our team combined the outcomes of the various engagement exercises with regeneration and commercial expertise to identify priorities for the town and clear strategies for delivery. The outcomes included ‘quick-win’ interventions, medium and long-term priorities to create a clearly defined vision and plan for the future.

We identified available bid funds to support future delivery, creating an actionable plan to deliver the aspirations and needs of the community.
